Well i was going to post Gulzar...Gulzar and more of Gulzar's work till you guys had more gulzar in your veins then blood BUT a friend wants me to post something else.....and she knows i can not say no to her...so here it is almost exclusively for you Nidhi...something i live by and now sharing with you all. These are things i have lived.......read and copy and pasted from some really good books.

My back to WOOHOOO mode list
No one enjoys suffering though great men tell us suffering has a purpose: “If you have not suffered as you have, there would be no depth to you as a human being, no humility, no compassion. Suffering cracks open the shell of ego, and there comes a point when it has served its purpose. Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary. Suffering comes to make one realize something. True suffering does bring change and when that is done it leaves quietly the way it came.”
Knowing you are suffering and its there for a purpose doesnt take the pain away ...does it? No...understanding and accepting takes time.Allow yourself that time...travel that journey....I promise you will come out on the other side a different and better person.Meanwhile you can read following tips which i have gathered from my experience and see if you can use any of them to your benefit.
Pointers....things to do

Cry you heart out...till the time your nose is flowing and your eyes get puffy.Let all hurt flow out.

Call you mother/best friend/sister let her know how you feel...she has helped you before and she will help you now.

Eat dark chocolate...feel the bitter sweet taste of life.

Even if you feel all drained out hit that treadmill and release happy harmones and spend all your pent up energy.

Go to bed early with a good happy book / hot milk and an old shawl to cuddle.

Watch every comedy film you can find....see old albums and read your old diary.

Talk to your bestfriend...pour your heart out and ask her to keep any eye on you and just call you once in a while.

Attend one free kickboxing class or buy some cheap plates and smash them to bits.

Get a makeover ....from a professional

Talk to your old uncle or aunt...let their wisdom wash away your sorrow.

Call all your neighbourhood kids for party.....let their innocence wash away your sorrow.

Learn something new.

Put on your fav music and dance and later when you are spent...pray.

Make plans and put them in writing.

Give away something you love that will teach you how to let go..and buy something you had eye on...that will help you welcome new in life

Hug someone and ask for hugs.

Go for a scary rollercoaster ride.

Cry again and repeat all these instructions...till you are over your heartbreak.

Hmm.. Healing.. so true.. the effects of the circumstances, conditions no longer control our lives..
Suffering does not have any real existence.. it is but a mental universe created by us based on our mistaken conception of reality..
